I totally agree! I believe vegan food is best when its solely plant based. For those transitioning into a vegan diet, meat and dairy substitutes can be useful but after that transition period is over, plant-based is the way to go. And please do! you will not regret it 🙂

I love that he goes plant-based rather than using meat-substitutes or soy-based products. It’s just my personal preference when I’ve tried vegan cuisine.
