Farmers Table (and places like it) is the best kind of restaurant. Don’t let anyone tell you that freshly harvested ingredients don’t taste better than the stuff from Sysco. Of course, the place itself and the presentation of each dish helps too. Now for the getting to Boca Raton part…

I do love the increase of Farm to Table restaurants that are springing up everywhere. There’s a new one near San Diego I’m going to go check out soon, too. Food that is healthy and fresh is the absolute best!

I love the architecture of this place! The clean lines and tan colors make it seem like the perfect place for brunch or lunch. And it’s in Florida!

That salad looks incredible. I love when someone can take something as simple as a salad and turns it into something that looks (and it sounds like it tasted like) a work of art. Yum! I’ll definitely give this a try if I’m in the area!

It looks like a great place. I love the rustic feel of the restaurant. It’s always great when places use local ingredients, it’s always fresher and it’s nice to help local farmers and places. I am not keen on too much meat so it’s great that they have vegetarian option and vegan options too. Although I have to say the Mandarin Salad with the Wester Ross Salmon would probably be my choice too. Looks delicious!

I have soo much appreciation for the Farmers Table for using local ingredients! This is so important to keep local farmers and business’s going and people just don’t think like that! I think I would go for the Spasta & meatballs but vegan style. The food in your photos looks soo good!

LOVE the rustic design – they’ve done a fantastic job with the space! Am so impressed with their focus on fresh, healthy and delicious food without excess fat when it feels like the world revolves around fatty foods of late. It’s inspiring to hear that a kitchen CAN actually operate without a microwave or deep fryer!! That chocolate cake looks incredible – it’s got me salivating!! I can’t believe that they’ve managed to make it without all the excess – I hope this philosophy spreads!

I respect that this restaurant grows its own produce in an on-site garden. Knowing this makes me want to eat so much of their food but especially the cucumber tartare.
