You are right, Switzerland is beautiful in every corner. I love to visit this country every year and I am looking forward to my next trip in summer (though I have been in Appenzellerland I have not visited Hoher Kasten yet).

Hoher Kasten looks amazing. We were in Switzerland years ago in summer exploring Lucerne and the surrounding areas and always talk about going back. Will have to add this to our itinerary!

In reply to Caitlin. Thank you Caitlin! Zurich is also very beautiful but there is nothing like exploring the countryside. You should definitely visit in the summer! If you can, you should stay for at least 10 days.

The pictures are just stunning!! I’ve only been to Zurich, but I want to go back and visit the rest of the country, possibly in the summer so we can do some hiking. Awesome posts, I would have thought you took the photos from the helicopter.
